Payments, Wallet and Banking-as-a-Service Disclaimer

Jamborow may support payments, wallets, settlement, account onboarding, Banking-as-a-Service, embedded finance and API integrations through authorised banks, payment service providers, e-money issuers, mobile money operators, microfinance institutions or other regulated partners.

Where Jamborow is not the regulated provider, funds are held, safeguarded, settled or processed by the relevant authorised partner subject to that partner's terms, regulatory permissions and operational controls. Jamborow does not guarantee payment settlement times, reversals, chargebacks, network availability, partner uptime or regulatory approval.

Wallet balances, e-money, deposits and bank accounts may have different legal protections depending on the provider and jurisdiction. Customers must read the applicable product disclosure and partner terms before using any payment, wallet or banking service.
