Data Subject Rights Policy

Individuals may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, consent withdrawal and review of certain automated decisions. Requests should be sent to privacy@jamborow.co.uk.

Jamborow should acknowledge requests promptly, verify identity, assess applicable exemptions, consult relevant partners where necessary, and respond within the statutory timeframe applicable to the jurisdiction. In the UK this is generally one month, subject to lawful extension for complex requests.

Jamborow may refuse or limit a request where required or permitted by law, including AML/CFT, fraud prevention, legal claims, regulatory retention, security, confidentiality of others, privileged material or disproportionate requests.
