API, SaaS and White-Label Platform Terms Summary

Jamborow may provide API, SaaS, white-label or enterprise platform access to financial institutions, fintechs, cooperatives, SACCOs, credit unions, NGOs, development partners and enterprise customers.

Enterprise customers must use APIs only for authorised purposes, protect credentials, comply with technical documentation, observe rate limits, maintain security controls, obtain end-user notices and consents, comply with applicable laws and avoid reverse engineering or unauthorised reselling.

Jamborow may monitor API usage, change endpoints with notice where practicable, suspend access for risk or breach, and require security remediation. Service levels, support, fees, data processing roles, IP rights and liability caps should be governed by a signed master services agreement and order form.
