Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption and Anti-Fraud Statement

Jamborow prohibits bribery, corruption, facilitation payments, kickbacks, fraud, embezzlement, false accounting, conflicts of interest and improper inducements. Employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, partners and representatives must act honestly, transparently and in accordance with applicable laws.

Gifts, hospitality, commissions, referral fees and incentives must be reasonable, documented, proportionate and approved where required. Suspicious conduct should be reported through compliance@jamborow.co.uk. Jamborow may investigate, suspend relationships and report matters to authorities where appropriate.
