Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not use Jamborow services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive or prohibited activities. Prohibited activities include money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, scams, identity theft, unauthorised credit activity, illegal gambling, trafficking, exploitation, malware, phishing, market abuse, tax evasion, bribery, corruption, harassment, hate activity, infringement of intellectual property, unauthorised scraping, credential sharing, fake accounts, manipulation of group records or attempts to bypass controls.

Jamborow may monitor usage, investigate suspected abuse, suspend access, report unlawful activity and preserve evidence where necessary.
